Political violence in West Bengal is not taking its name to stop. On Friday, once again targeting the BJP MP, he was allegedly attacked. BJP MP from Jalpaiguri in West Bengal Jayant Roy was attacked on his head with sticks and sticks in Raj Ganj.

At that time, after political violence, Jayant had gone to ask BJP workers who had fled the house to return home. He also visited a relief camp of BJP workers there.

It is said that when he was returning home after visiting the relief camp in his car, the attacks were allegedly carried out by the TMC people. Jayant has suffered minor injuries in this incident and has been admitted to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital.

Regarding this incident, MP Dr. Jayant Kumar Roy targeted the state government. He said- “Today around 5 pm TMC goons attacked me. They attacked my head and arm with sticks and sticks. Some people who were with me at that time were also attacked. There is no rule in Bengal. There is no law.”

AN Sarkar, Head of Department-Surgery, North Bengal Medical College and Hospital, Siliguri said – He has been attacked on the head. Stomach hurt too. His condition is stable. No obvious injuries are visible.
