At the same time, Delhi has received 23 lakh 70 thousand 710 doses. Here, 18 lakh 70 thousand 662 have been used including the vestage. So far, only 14 lakh 94 thousand 663 doses have been used in Punjab. However, 22 lakh 36 thousand 770 doses have been sent to the state.

Many states accused of slow vaccine supply  – In the last few days, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh had said that there is less vaccine stock. At the same time, in contrast, the Union Health Minister had made it clear that there is no shortage of vaccines in any state. He alleged that such things are being done to hide the shortcomings. At present, more than 9 crore vaccine doses have been applied in the country.

In Maharashtra, Principal Secretary (Health) Pradeep Vyas told that till Wednesday morning there were about 14 lakh vaccine doses in the state. The officer informed, ‘In many districts, the stock will be over by today or tomorrow. The Center is aware of this and we have told them in writing. He told that if there is a schedule and availability of vaccine, then in Maharashtra, five lakh shots can be given easily. On Wednesday, a senior health officer has informed that in many places the stock will run out in one or two days. Another official said that information has been given to the Central Government in this regard. The total number of patients in the state has exceeded 31 lakhs.
