Karnataka School Reopen: The process of opening primary schools in Karnataka is starting from today. In the backdrop of decrease in the cases of Kovid-19 in the state, all the schools from class one to five are opening. But during this all precautions related to infection will have to be taken and protocol will have to be strictly followed.
Kovid rules have to be followed
Under the Kovid rules, written consent of their parents will be mandatory for children to come to school. The government has made some rules in this regard, such as checking of symptoms of Kovid at the time of entry, 50 percent attendance of the total capacity in the class, hand sanitizer, distance of at least one meter, no crowd gathering. Cleaning of classrooms and toilets daily with the help of one percent sodium hypochloride solution, especially at school entrances and exits.
Only teachers and staff who have received both doses of the Kovid vaccine will be allowed to attend classes for students of classes 1 to 5. At the same time, teachers who are above 50 years of age will also have to use ‘face shield’. In Karnataka, schools have opened from September 6 for classes VI to VIII and from August 23 for classes IX to XII.
Cinemas will open in Kerala from today
On the other hand, in Kerala, cinema halls and auditoriums will reopen from today with certain conditions, including the permission of only 50 percent of the audience. Only those who have received both doses of the vaccine will be allowed to enter the cinema halls. Employees should also be fully immunized. Only 50 percent seating will be allowed in cinema halls and auditoriums. Significantly, after the outbreak of Kovid-19 in the state, theaters and auditoriums have been closed for the last one and a half years.
