PM organized ‘Chintan Shivir’ with Council of Ministers, said this while remembering his CM tenure

PM Modi Meetings: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with the Union Council of Ministers on Tuesday. According to sources, this meeting has been named ‘Chintan Shivir’. During the meeting, PM Modi, referring to the late Manohar Parrikar, said that simplicity is the way of life. He also remembered the days of Gujarat.

According to news agency PTI, sources said that issues related to governance and policy were discussed in the meeting. He said that it was also discussed in the meeting how and effectively the benefits of the welfare schemes of the government should be reached to the people.

The meeting took place in the auditorium of Rashtrapati Bhavan and lasted for about five hours. In Tuesday’s meeting, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan gave a presentation on efficiency and time management. Sources said that four more such ‘Chintan Shivirs’ will be organized for further improvement in governance.

Let us tell you that Prime Minister Modi regularly holds meetings of the Council of Ministers in which ministers give presentations on important issues. These meetings help the ministers to get the latest information about various welfare schemes.

Both the ministers also talked about time management, efficiency, analysis of the causes of problems and selection of personal staff. Some basic issues like dealing with people, responding to letters quickly were also part of his presentations.

PM Modi remembered the old days
In the meeting, PM Modi asked the ministers to learn from the best practices of their colleagues. Remembering late Union Minister Manohar Parrikar, the Prime Minister said that simplicity is the way of life.

PM Modi talked about the banquet meetings, remembering the days of Gujarat, where everyone brought their own food to the meetings and shared ideas along with the food.
