12,16,46,175 people in the age group of 18-44 years have been given the first dose and a total of 45,98,664 people have been given the second dose. Eight states have given the first dose of Kovid vaccine to more than 50 lakh people in the age group of 18-44 years. These states are Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Gujarat, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
Similarly Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Jharkhand, Kerala, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh, States like Odisha, Punjab, Uttarakhand and West Bengal have vaccinated more than one million people in the age group of 18-44 with the first dose of the vaccine.
