58,993 new cases of Covid-19 were also reported on Friday.
Earlier on Friday, 58,993 new cases of Kovid-19 were revealed. During this time 301 infected also lost their lives. However, 45,391 patients returned home healthy. With this, the number of active cases in the state has increased to 5,34,603. So far, 32,88,540 cases have been reported in Maharashtra and 57,329 patients have lost their lives.

Union Health Minister has criticized Maharashtra for approach against Corona  —  At present, cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and police stations are the most affected. So far, the state government has taken several decisions to stop the pace of Corona, but there has been no significant difference. There was also criticism of Maharashtra’s approach against Corona by Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan.

Weekend lockdown imposed
In Maharashtra, total Lockdown is applicable on weekends from Friday to Monday  from 8 pm to 7 . During this time, on Saturday morning, roads in other areas of the state besides Mumbai are completely deserted. At the same time, Congress leader and Minister Vijay Vadettiwar has indicated that in view of the deteriorating situation, a 3-week stringent lockdown may take place in the state.
