On April 30, more than 48 thousand cases were reported Earlier on Friday (April 30, 2021), 48,296 new cases were found in the state and 217 people died. In the same time, 14,884 people were discharged after treatment. On Thursday, 35,024 cases were found in the state and 270 people died.
TAC warns for third wave
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) has now warned of a third wave in the state amidst increasing cases of corona virus in Karnataka. TAC says that a third wave of corona virus can be seen in the state in October-November. At the same time, the second wave will go to peak in May and work recede by July. After which there will be a boom of the third wave in October.
TAC also says that in this third wave, the youth will be affected the most. Because by that time their vaccination will not be possible.
