New Delhi. A day after Britain announced India’s cooperation in the fight against the Coronavirus, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar spoke to his UK counterpart Dominic Raab on Monday and discussed bilateral cooperation.

Jaishankar said that he and Foreign Minister Rab reviewed the progress in the India-UK bilateral agenda. The UK announced on Sunday to send 600 critical medical equipment to India to help it compete with the Kovid-19.

Jaishankar tweeted, ‘I had a conversation with Britain’s Foreign Minister Dominic Raab today. Cooperation was discussed to solve the challenges related to Kovid-19.

There is a second wave of corona virus epidemic in India and there is a shortage of medical oxygen and beds in hospitals in many cities.
