Sterilization of bulls: The order to run the bull sterilization program in Madhya Pradesh has been withdrawn. BJP MP from Bhopal Sadhvi Pragya Thakur had objected to this order. Pragya Thakur spoke to the Chief Minister and Animal Husbandry Minister regarding this decision, after which it was repealed.
Pragya Thakur while talking to the media said, “I came to know about the order for sterilization of bulls, on which I immediately acted and informed the Honorable Chief Minister and Animal Husbandry Minister and today that order was canceled. I think it is internal. There is a conspiracy and there is a need to be careful in this, because in this, no one can and should never destroy the indigenous cow. How this happened, it is a matter of investigation.”

Pragya Thakur further said, “I will urge the Honorable Chief Minister to investigate why and why this is happening since when. This is the indigenous cow, why so much atrocities with it, while the Honorable Chief Minister has opened sanctuaries. They have opened gaushalas in the state. They have created only one department for cow protection and cow promotion, but why did this happen. I would request that the matter be probed and such orders should not be issued again.”
Let us inform that the Animal Husbandry Department of Madhya Pradesh state had ordered to run the sterilization program of bulls. It was only after this order of the Animal Husbandry Officer that its protest started.
