India’s Top Richest List 2021: Adani Group owner Gautam Adani has become the second richest businessman in Asia. In terms of daily earnings, he has also left behind Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries. IIFL Wealth Hurun India has released the list of richest people in Asia. According to this, Mukesh Ambani’s daily earnings in the last one year was Rs 163 crore. Whereas Gautam Adani earned Rs 1002 crore daily during this period.
Gautam Adani’s assets increased by Rs 3,65,700 crore in the last one year at the rate of Rs 1000 crore per day. Although Mukesh Ambani is still at number-1. Mukesh Ambani’s family is one of the richest family in India. According to the report, Mukesh Ambani has remained at the top position for the tenth consecutive year with a net worth of Rs 7,18,000 crore. His wealth has increased by 9 percent since 2020.
The assets of the Adani family increased by 261 per cent to Rs 5,05,900 crore from Rs 1,40,200 crore. With this, Gautam Adani has become the second richest person in Asia. His assets have increased by Rs 3,65,700 crore as compared to last year.
Who is the third richest businessman in Asia?
Shiv Nadar and HCL family are at third place in the list of IIFL Wealth Hurun. His wealth increased by 67 per cent to Rs 2,36,600 crore. On the other hand, SP Hinduja and family are next, whose assets have increased by 53 per cent to Rs 2,20,000 crore in a year. After this, the assets of LN Mittal and ArcelorMittal’s family increased by 187 per cent to Rs 1,74,400 crore. Cyrus Poonawalla and family are at the sixth position with a net worth of Rs 1,63,700 crore, a 74 per cent increase in their wealth during this period.
This property is calculated till 15 September 2021. In the year 2011, the number of rich businessmen was 100. Now in 2021 this number has increased 10 times to 1007. Accordingly, in the next five years, the number of people having assets of more than one thousand crore rupees will reach three thousand.
On the other hand, Smita V Krishna, a member of the third generation of the Godrej Group family, is the richest woman in this list as women with Rs 31,300 crore. His wealth, however, has come down by three per cent. It is followed by Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, who is the richest woman in the list with a net worth of Rs 28,200 crore. His wealth has also come down by 11 percent.
