New Delhi: The effect of lockdown is being seen continuously in Delhi. On Friday, 238 people were found infected with the corona virus during the last 24 hours, while 24 corona infected patients died in the same time. Today the infection rate has come down to 0.31 percent.
With these new cases, now the number of corona infected people in the national capital has reached 14,30,671. During the last 24 hours, 504 people in the city managed to beat Corona, after which the total number of people who have been cured of the virus has now gone up to 14,01,977. The total number of deaths has gone up to 24,772. At present there are 3,922 active cases of corona in the city i.e. those are being treated.
How many tests were done in the last 24 hours
Let us tell you that 77,112 corona samples have been tested in Delhi during the last 24 hours. In which 56000 RTPCR tests and 21,112 rapid antigen tests have been done. With this, now the total number of corona tests in Delhi has gone up to 2,01,19,290.
Let us tell you that on Thursday, 305 people were found infected with corona in Delhi and 44 patients died. Whereas on Wednesday 337 people were found positive and 36 patients died. Earlier on Tuesday, corona infection was confirmed in 316 people and 41 patients died and on Monday there were 231 cases of Kovid-19 infection and 36 deaths. There were 34 deaths on Sunday and 381 cases were reported.
Unlock starts in Delhi
Under the process of unlocking, the Kejriwal government has given new concessions from Monday. In which permission has been given to open markets along with malls on an odd-even basis. Apart from this, Metro has also been allowed to run with 50 percent capacity. Earlier, the government had given permission for construction work.
